Car fire, March 6, 2025

An investigation is underway after a car caught fire and briefly threatened a home in south Reno. 

Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue responded to the fire on Goldenrod Drive, near Mt. Rose Highway early Thursday afternoon. 

TMFR says no injuries were reported and no other damage was reported, other than the car.
