National Blue Out Day is raising awareness for missing and trafficked foster children while encouraging communities to stand together in support of vulnerable youth. Valieria Koss, Executive Director of RennerVation Foundation, and Kelly Burrows, Director of Donor Relations, join Sarah Johns to explain why awareness matters and how Northern Nevadans can take action.

During National Missing and Trafficked Foster Children Awareness Week, RennerVation Foundation is helping increase visibility around foster youth who go missing and the dangers they can face. Valeria explains why trafficking isn't simply something that happens elsewhere—it can affect young people in communities across the country.

Viewers also learn about Pave Your Way, RennerVation Foundation's program supporting foster and at-risk youth ages 16–24 as they prepare for independent adulthood. The program provides individualized help with housing, education, careers, budgeting, life skills and connecting to community resources.
