Your 2 Cents: Horse fencing, transgender athletes
In October, Reno City Council approved a project to build 23 miles of horse fencing along Geiger grade. A few weeks ago, hundreds of people protested a proposal to continue the fence line south of Pleaseant Valley, near Washoe Lake. The Department of Agriculture says the fence will prevent cars from hitting horses. Our first caller can understand both arguments in today's Your 2 Cents.
