At the end of this year, the Medicare Advantage Plan, known as Senior Care Plus, is coming to an end for most people who are enrolled. This is happening because the insurance division of Renown, known as Hometown Health, is transitioning to become Kaiser Permanente. We've been hearing from seniors who are worried about what this will mean for their health insurance coverage.
