CAL FIRE says an escaped prescribed burn caused the 860-acre wildfire west of Winters earlier this week.
The Yolo County fire is now 35% contained, after starting near Highway 128 around 11:30 a.m. on Monday.Â
All evacuation warnings are now lifted for Yolo County Zones YCU-197, YCU-291 and YCU-293, however, evcauation advisories remain. Visit: https://www.yolocounty.gov/.../emergency.../evacuation
Highway 128 has reopened to traffic from Pleasants Valley Road to the Canyon Creek Resort.
CAL FIRE says numerous fire departments are on scene, including Dixon Fire along with several aircraft.
