A suspect has been arrested after allegedly stabbing five people at a restaurant inside the Thunder Valley Casino in Placer County, sending one to the hospital.
It happened at Dos Coyote inside the casino, according to a post from the Placer County Sheriff's Office on Facebook.
The stabbing happened in the kitchen of the restaurant, and all the people involved were employees, according to reporting from our CBS affiliate in Sacramento.
One of the five stabbing victims was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The other four were treated on scene by Thunder Valley Casino EMT’s and Cal Fire.
The PCSO says it appears that the suspect knew all five victims.
No additional suspects are outstanding, and there is no outstanding threat to the public.
The investigation is ongoing.
