Fire crews have stopped forward progress on a fire in the Pilot Hill area of El Dorado County. 

Ground and air resources are on scene of the fire, near Uphill Road, near some ranches.  

CAL FIRE says the fire burned 22 acres and is 10 percent contained. 

There's no immediate word on how the fire started.Â
