A portion of I-80 east near Truckee is currently closed while crews remove a semi-truck hanging off the roadway.
CHP says traffic is temporarily being turned around at Overland Trail.
There's no immediate word on what caused the crash, or when the roadway will be fully reopened.
Earlier, I-80 east was closed near Hirschdale Road due to a multi-car collision involving two semi-trucks and a sedan.
