There are new details about the tragic deaths of two young girls in New Jersey earlier this week. Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas -- both 17 -- were hit by a black SUV while riding an electric-bike on Monday. A teenaged boy has been charged with murder and there are now claims he was stalking one of the girls. CBS News' Lilia Luciano has more.
