Fire crews are investigating a late-night fire at a building under construction near Lakeside Drive and Peckham Lane in south Reno.

The fire started around 10:30 pm. on Monday. 

Fire crews tell us they evacuated neighbors as a precaution. No one was hurt. 

Then - about four hours later, and one block to the east, an ember that drifted the initial fire started a house fire on Warren Way. 

No injuries were reported in this fire either and damage to the home was minimal.
