Kids' Day took place at the Reno Rodeo on Sunday, June 23.

Children were able to enjoy free activities such as milking a cow, riding horses and seeing all kinds of animals.

According to the Reno Rodeo, the goal of Kids' Day is to educate children on the tradition of the rodeo, agriculture and the western rancher lifestyle.

Sunday was also the 8th annual Mutton Bustin' Championship.

Young riders mounted sheep and attempted to ride them across the arena for as long as possible.
