Scene of crash in 3000 block of Leadership Parkway

One person is dead and two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a late night rollover crash in northwest Reno. 

Police say the crash happened on Leadership Parkway, off of McCarran Blvd. just before 10:45 p.m. on Sunday. 

Police say a car heading east somehow ended up rolling several times. 

Authorities say five people total were inside the car - one died on scene, while two other others were transported to the hospital. There's no immediate word from police on what happened to the two other people. 

Police say three of the people were thrown from the car. 

Police believe speed was a factor in this crash. Although, they believe alcohol is not involved.
