NV Energy is reporting more than 1,300 customers are currently without power near Spanish Springs.
The outage started just after 1:45 p.m. on Monday after what the utility says was a 'pole-mounted equipment failure.
NV Energy says power is estimated to be restored around 8:30 p.m.Â
