The North Lake Tahoe SNOWFEST, the largest winter mountain festival on the West Coast, is coming back with over 50 events this year.
The festival takes place from February 26 through March 9th, and features the only fireworks display in North Lake Tahoe.
The SNOWFEST schedule is packed with events for attendees - including the SNOWFEST Street Faire in Tahoe City, the AdventureSmith Alaskan Open Snow Golf Tournament, and the fan-favorites Milk Jug Curling and Dog Pull at Pete 'n Peters.
Organizers say that the festival is meant to showcase the unique spirit of North Lake Tahoe while supporting local nonprofits, student organizations and public programs.
