Barton Health is hosting a free community health fair on Oct. 22, offering Lake Tahoe residents access to health screenings, resources and healthcare providers.
The event will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. at Bijou Elementary School, 3501 Spruce Ave. in South Lake Tahoe. No registration is required, and the event is open to everyone.
El Dorado County Health & Human Services will provide free flu vaccines. Attendees can also receive blood pressure checks and other health screenings, get help enrolling in Covered California, take part in CPR training and connect with family resources.
A complimentary meal will be provided by Tacos Por Favor.
