Burlington Stores Inc., a national discount retailer, is opening a new location in Carson City on Friday, July 25.
The store will be located at 911 Topsy Lane in Carson Valley Plaza and will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The opening will be marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a promotional giveaway.
According to Burlington, the first 100 customers aged 18 and older on Friday and Saturday will receive a $10 bonus card to use toward their purchase.
As part of the opening celebration, Burlington is donating $5,000 to a nearby high-needs school through its partnership with the national nonprofit AdoptAClassroom.org.
The funds are intended to help provide classroom materials. The donation will be presented during the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Carson City location is the company’s 14th store in Nevada.
Nationwide, Burlington reported having more than 1,115 stores at the end of the first quarter of 2025.
The Carson City store features Burlington’s updated store design and branding.
