The community is invited to welcome home 41 Northern Nevada veterans returning from an Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C.
Honor Flight Nevada provides veterans with trips to the nation's capital to visit memorials honoring their service.
The welcome-home celebration is set for Sunday, October 25, at 4 p.m. at the Ski Statue inside the Reno-Tahoe International Airport terminal.
The public is encouraged to attend, bring signs and flags, and show their appreciation for the returning veterans.
