The Nevada State Police will be handling the crash.

Harms was arrested on charges including traffic in schedule I or II controlled substance, possess with intent to sell schedule I or II, possess controlled substance, possession by prohibited person electronic stun device, possession of drug paraphernalia, and arrest of fugitive from justice in another state upon complaint and warrant.
