An investigation is underway after an apartment fire on Prater Way in Sparks Tuesday morning.
Sparks Fire say they were dispatched to the Sierra Crest Senior Living complex just before 9:30 a.m. and within 10 minutes had the fire knocked down.
Fire crews contained the fire to the one apartment unit.
No injuries were reported but the residents of affected unit will displaced for awhile since it sustained damage and will need to be repaired.
