Police are investigating a car chase that ended with a driver in critical condition late Monday night in Reno.
The crash stems from an initial traffic stop conducted by the Reno Police Department on Sutro St., south of the intersection with Oddie Blvd., involving a black sedan.
Deputies say the driver of the sedan fled the traffic stop and then struck another car at the intersection of Oddie Blvd and Sutro St.
Officials say the original driver is now in critical condition, while the bystanders from the second car are doing okay.
