The Lyon County Sheriff's Office arrested an allegedly non-compliant tier 3 sex offender in Fernley on Thursday.
69-year-old Johnny Lee Lawson of Fernley was identified as a registered sex offender who violated his registration requirements according to an LCSO press release.
He was arrested by the Sheriff's Office's Sex Offender Task Force and booked into the Lyon County Jail on one felony count of violating sexual offender registration requirements.
