Nevada AG moving to block executive order involving mail-in ballots

Friday, Aaron Ford co-led a coalition of other attorneys general in filing a motion -- asking the court to rule the order unconstitutional without trial.

Friday's motion asks the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts to permanently block enforcement of key provisions of the executive order.
The decision appears to leave room for additional court challenges that could further slow Trump's order.Â
