Nevadans can now renew Classic Vehicle, Old Timer, and Classic Rod license plates online via the MyDMV portal.
The DMV says current plate holders will still be required to maintain continued insurance coverage as required by Nevada law.
These vehicles cannot exceed more than 5,000 miles driven per year.
“This enhancement is a big milestone for the DMV,” said DMV Director Tonya Laney. “With more plates being eligible for online renewals, we are giving our customers what they have requested, opening up more appointments for those who need an in-person visit.”
