New road signs warn semi-truck drivers not to use a bridge in Lockwood that was substantially damaged last month by a delivery truck.

The Storey County Sheriff's Office thanked Public Works for installing the 'No tractor trailer' road signs this week at the bridge and on Peri Ranch Road.

The bridge was closed for a few days last month for $15,000 worth of repairs after the delivery driver tried to bypass traffic near Canyon Way.

Deputies say the driver was later found and cited for the incident.
