The driver of a car was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after hitting a school bus on South Virginia Street on Wednesday afternoon.
It happened near Longley Lane around 2:50 p.m., according to a spokesperson for the Reno Police Department.
An investigation determined the driver of the car was turning left and failed to yield to the bus.
There were two children on the bus. Both were placed on another bus, according to a spokesperson for the Washoe County School District.
The bus driver was also ok.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital.
