Greater Nevada Field is inviting everyone to come out and celebrate the holidays early this year at their "Home for the Holidays" event.

There are all kinds of holiday festivities the whole family can enjoy. One of the many things you can look forward to is the food menu.

Melissa Williams, executive chef of Greater Nevada Field, says, "Our bacon wrapped shrimp with toriado ranch with a nice little kick to it, we also have fried mac n cheese balls, stuffed mushrooms with our Floccini sausage."

They're also showcasing many classic dishes, including pork loin with apple compote and smoked turkey breast with cranberry sauce.

They created three specialty cocktails. Tipsy Rudolph, inspired by his red nose, is similar to a Moscow mule. The Grinch is a refreshing rum cocktail that will have a raspberry to represent his heart. And the general manager's favorite, Peppermint Patty, is a white chocolate peppermint margarita.

General Manager, Salina Taylor-Caldwell, says, " I'm a margarita girl, it's fantastic, it'll definitely warm you up while you're looking at all the lights."

Home for the Holidays will have fireworks, drone shows, a vendor village, ornament displays, carol singers, and a 100-foot LED light-up Christmas tree, all beginning on December 5th.

Eric Edelstein, President of the Reno Aces, says, "Everyone will be able to interact, go on the field, eight different Instagram spots on the field for taking all your family photos, we've got a workshop, we're calling it Mrs. Claus' workshop, arts and crafts for kids, there's just something for everyone."
