Reno Firefighters extinguished a fire that broke out at a home near Teglia's Paradise Park.
Fire crews arrived on the scene in the area of Carville Drive and Silverada Boulevard to find smoke coming out of a sliding door, according to a post on Facebook from the Reno Firefighters Association. They also found flames coming from the kitchen.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the unit where it started.
A resident of the home self-evacuated before firefighters arrived.
There were no injuries reported in the blaze, but the resident will be displaced from the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
