The Reno Police Department has announced that Savannah Rose Detar has been found and is safe.

ORIGINAL STORY - APRIL 8:

The Reno Police Department is asking for the community's help in finding a missing-runaway girl from Reno. 

Reno Police say they are searching for 15-year-old Savannah Rose Detar, a female teenager who is missing and might have run away from home. 

Detar is described as being 5'5", about 150 pounds, Caucasian, with brown eyes and hair.

She is dressed in an unidentified outfit but might be wearing a black jacket, and may have her black and white electric bike called SOUMYE and could possibly be carrying a blue backpack. 

Detar's parents learned that she had left her home in the Double Diamond neighborhood of South Reno on the morning of April 7 after she was last seen going to bed on April 6.

According to the police at the moment, Detar has no phone or other known communication devices. 

An investigation is ongoing, Reno Police are asking anyone with information pm Detar to call the Reno Police Department's non-emergency line at 775-334-2121.
