Traditional woven baskets, jewelry, beadwork, and more will be available as over 50 local and visiting Native American vendors come to town for Fall Fest.
The 26th annual Fall Fest Craft Fair is happening this Friday and Saturday (October 5 & 6) at the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony's Reno Gym.
The gym is located at 34 Reservation Road; right off the I-580 freeway between Mill Street and East Second Street.
Admission is free and open to the public, and complimentary trick or treat bags will be given away.
Simultaneously, the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony's United National Indian Tribal Youth Council (UNITY) is fundraising to raise money to attend a national conference later this year.
To fundraise, the group is selling the always-popular Indian Tacos, stew and fry bread during the Fall Fest event.
The organizers call this is a modern day Native American gathering during the fall to trade and barter for goods before the winter season.
