The owners of Rick's Deli Cafe in Reno have decided they will shut its doors after they say they are being forced out of the space.
A developer had purchased the strip mall where they've operated, and owners say they're now being forced out.
The owners were deciding whether to relocate but ultimately made the decision to shut down after nearly 30 years of operation.
The Deli will close its doors for the last time on Friday, January 16, according to an online post.
Over the past couple of days, the deli has been busy, and they plan to continue serving the community before they close.
The Deli said, "Please come on to say hi and share your favorite memory. It's been an emotional rollercoaster, and we're sad to say goodbye."
