Introducing RTC's Neighborhood Network Plans

The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County is continuing to collect public feedback on the Neighborhood Network Plan, a series of improvements to make walking, biking, and rolling safer and more comfortable across twelve neighborhoods in the Truckee Meadows area.

The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County is seeking public input at two different workshops this week.

The first one, for residents of Sun Valley and Panther Valley, will take place on Tuesday, December 9th from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Hug High School cafeteria. The workshop will focus on the next phase of the RTC Neighborhood Network Plans, an ongoing initiative to make walking and biking safer across 12 neighborhoods in Washoe County.

A second workshop focusing on the Meadowood and Hidden Valley neighborhoods will happen Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Truckee Meadows Community College Meadowood Center, Room 512.
