Save Mart will be closing one of their stores in northwest Reno this month due to economic factors.
The store on Keystone Avenue will close on February 27 at 5 p.m., according to a release sent to 2 News Nevada.
The grocery chain says it will work to transfer employees from the Keystone location to other nearby locations, and says those transfers will be based on availability and seniority.
The chain also said they remain committed to the Reno area and will continue serving customers at other locations across the region.
"We care about each and every person who shops and works at our stores," the chain said in its statement. "We routinely assess the performances of all of our stores to ensure they meet business standards. Through the normal course of business, we sometimes have to make the tough decision to close an underperforming location."
