SK Food Group is laying off more than 200 employees from its Reno facility on Quail Manor Court.
In a WARN notice sent to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation dated February 27, the company said affected employees would receive notice of their terminations and would get their regular wages and benefits during the 60-day notice period.
Those who are laid off will officially be released on April 30. The facility is expected to remain open after the affected employees are released.
More than 140 of the layoffs will be production line workers, but affected job titles range from a food safety coordinator to a warehouse supervisor. A complete list of affected job titles can be seen below.
