A man charged with owning child sexual abuse material will spend up to five years in prison.
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office says police arrested 28-year-old Orion Scott Pickens back in October 2024 -- after he uploaded the material to social media from his home in Sparks.
Pickens is currently held at the Washoe County Detention Facility on felony charges of possession, distribution, and use of the internet to control CSAM involving a minor under the age of 16.
