The Storey County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a suspect who allegedly stole a black powder gun from a Virginia City antiques shop.
The theft happened on Thursday, October 15, around 2:30 p.m., according to a post from the Sheriff’s Office on Facebook.
In the course of their investigation, deputies found that the same man had been acting suspiciously in other Virginia City businesses on October 4 and 5.
Video surveillance that was gathered shows the man on several occasions, including when he allegedly took the gun.
