According to the indictment, from June 5 to June 30, 2006, Zachary Steven Stockinger possessed and shared sexually explicit material of children under the age of 12.

“Not only did Mr. Stockinger exploit these children, he further victimized them by distributing vile images of their abuse to other predators.” said Special Agent in Charge Christopher S. Delzotto for the FBI Las Vegas Field Office.

Stockinger is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

A trial has been scheduled for December 15, 2026. If convicted, Stockinger faces a minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.
