The Washoe County coroner has identified the two people killed in a motorcycle crash on north Virginia Street early Monday morning. 

The medical examiner says Reno residents 37-year-old Bernard Davis and 28-year-old Jesenia Virgen-Flores both died in the crash. 

The ME's office says the cause of the death remains under investigation, while Reno Police previously said that speeding appeared to be a factor in the crash, which happened just after 7:45 a.m. near Talus Way.

MARCH 10, 2025:

A portion of North Virginia Street was closed this morning for a deadly motorcycle crash near Talus Way.

At around 7:50 a.m., Reno Police Department, Reno Fire and REMSA responded to a call of a motorcycle crash.

Officers say two people were killed, and that speed appears to have been a factor in the crash.

The identity of both of the people killed in the crash is being withheld until the proper notifications can be made.

The RPD Major Accident Investigation Team is taking lead on the investigation.
