A Washoe County jury has convicted a man of multiple sex crimes involving three children.
47-year-old Francisco Jaramillo was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault against a child under 14, three counts of lewdness with a child under 14, and one count of attempted lewdness with a child under 14, according to the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office.
The first victim came forward in 2015 when she was 10 years old. She reported that Jaramillo forced her to touch him and asked to touch her.
A second victim disclosed multiple instances of sexual abuse and assault between 2020 and 2025. The abuse began when she was 4 years old, according to prosecutors.
The third victim, a 7-year-old child, came forward in 2025 after reporting that Jaramillo touched her inappropriately, exposed himself and tried to make her touch him.
None of the three victims knew each other, but all three were children that Jaramillo had regular access to. In each case, he told the children not to say anything, or something bad would happen.
Jaramillo is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 1 and faces multiple life sentences.
