The Washoe County School District Board of Trustees is meeting on Tuesday to discuss several topics.Â
The 2 p.m. public meeting will be held at the WCSD Administration Building at 425 E. Ninth Street in Reno.
Some of the things expected to be discussed include the 'Great Things Happen When You Show Up' campaign -- that addresses chronic absenteeism.
The board is also scheduled to discuss programs to help students that are deaf and hard of hearing as well as make a proclamation recognizing Deaf Awareness Month in the school district.
