Lyon County deputies arrested a man after they say he pointed a pellet gun at a deputy last week.
Just before 5 p.m. on Friday a deputy responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Starlight Drive in Fernley.
The Sheriff's Office says when the deputy arrived a man in the home pointed a gun at him and refused to drop it.
Deputies established a perimeter around the home and eventually the suspect came out unarmed and they were able to arrest him.
62-year-old Mitchell Levey is facing multiple charges including assault with a deadly weapon on a protected person and resisting.
