After the National Championship Air Races was moved outside of Nevada, it now has a new location in Rosswell, New Mexico.

On Saturday, September 13 it was postponed until the next day on Sunday, September 14 due to rain and thunderstorms.

The National Championship Air Races says, safety is always at the forefront of our events, the decision was made out of caution for the pilots, the ability for emergency services to perform their duties and the comfort of everyone in attendance.

According to Air Race officials, they will schedule Saturday's races in Sunday’s schedule as much as they can.

They also said, they will honor all Saturday's ticket and wristband purchases for Sunday's line-up.

Those with reserved seats and daily boxes for Saturday will be reassigned as needed for Sunday and will receive new ticket confirmations through email.
