U.K. Prime Minister Andy Burnham is in Kyiv on Monday, meeting President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and co-chairing a meeting with international leaders. His visit coincides with Ukraine's Independence Day and marks his first overseas trip since taking office. Other European leaders, including European Council President Antonio Costa and Moldovan President Maia Sandu, are also in Kyiv. Burnham's office says the U.K. Government has agreed to allow defense company MBDA to release classified information about British components used in the SCALP missile. This move could advance plans for local production in Ukraine.
