Australia’s central bank raised its key interest rate to 4.85%, the highest the cash rate has been in 18 years. On Wall Street Monday, losses for Nvidia and Alphabet dragged on the S&P 500, which fell 0.5%, even though most stocks were lifted by falling oil prices.
