Shares are mostly higher in Asia after Nvidia and other technology stocks led an advance on Wall Street. South Korea's Kospi fell 1% on Friday, while most other regional markets logged moderate gains. U.S. futures were little changed and oil prices slipped. On Thursday, the S&P 500 rose 0.7% and the Dow industrials added 0.2%. The Nasdaq composite climbed 1.6%. Nvidia was the strongest force lifting the market and helped offset drops for the majority of the stocks within the S&P 500. The chip giant blew past analysts’ expectations for profit and gave a better-than-expected forecast for its revenue growth. That helped calm worries dogging the broader AI industry. Treasury yields ticked higher.
