The Food Bank of Northern Nevada will have three special distributions on Saturday, November 15 in three northern Nevada communities. 

These distributions are being held to assist families and individuals who may be affected by the federal government shutdown.  

These distributions will be conducted by the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and their partner agencies. 

Each of these distributions will be held from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 15.   

The locations and details for the distributions are: 

Food Bank of Northern Nevada in Sparks

Oddie Location:  1305 Sullivan Ln. (Next to Jiffy Lube)

Drive thru distribution (there will be a walk up option for those without vehicles)

New Frontier in Fallon

149 Grimes St. in Fallon

Two organizations are joining together to make this distribution happen and it will at occur at New Frontier. 

Carson Valley Food Closet in Gardnerville

1251 Waterloo Ln. in Gardnerville
