The University Police Department is offering a women's self defense class this week.
It is set to happen Thursday, November 2nd at 1 p.m. on the TMCC campus in Vista room 206.
In a post to their X page, University Police say the class will teach "use your body and your voice to defend yourself and develop skills of situational awareness."
