Today, Nevada Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen celebrated the passage of their bipartisan bill which would exempt tips from federal tax.
Only tips reported to the employer and noted on a worker’s W-2, their end-of-year tax summary, will qualify.
