The U.S. military said Iran fired missiles at Kuwait, which fell apart en route, and downed drones targeting American forces.

A tentative ceasefire in the Iran war is under strain due to Israel’s bombardment of Beirut and Tehran’s continued control over the Strait of Hormuz. 

The hostages, all men, have arrived back in Israel, where they will reunite with family and undergo medical checks.
