The U.S. aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln has sailed past Singapore as it heads home. Associated Press journalists on the Indonesian island of Batam spotted the massive warship early Sunday morning as it passed between the island and Singapore. The massive ship has been on an extended deployment to the Middle East, supporting the U.S. war against Iran and spending a record-setting 250 days at sea. Concerns have grown about the crew's mental health and shortages of supplies like food and hygiene products. Thai officials say the carrier will stop in Thailand for rest and recovery before returning to its U.S. base.
