The Nevada softball team ended its five-game losing streak in convincing fashion on Thursday as the Wolf Pack (31-14, 9-9 MW) topped Utah State in five innings, 12-4, in the opening game of a three-game series. .

In a game that featured a two-hour snow delay and a three-run rally from the Wolf Pack in the bottom of the seventh inning, the Nevada softball team could not get by San Diego State as the Aztecs topped the Pack, 9-6, 

Junior Amanda Weis blasted a two-run home run and sophomore McKenna Isenberg tallied her third win of the weekend as the Nevada softball team topped St. Mary's, 8-2, for its fifth-consecutive victory on the final day of the Wolf Pack Classic.

Strong pitching performances from sophomore McKenna Isenberg and freshman Chase Redington lifted the Nevada softball team to two wins,6-2 over Portland State and 5-4 over St. Mary's,on Saturday at the Wolf Pack Classic.
